Textured Soy Protein Machine Installed in Customer Factory

We dispatched our engineer to customer's factory for installing and guiding the operation of textured soy protein machine line.

The machine line is Model 85 textured soy protein machine line. It includes ribbon mixer, predoncitioner, silo, twin screw extruder, vibrating machine, dryer, flavoring roller, oil sprayer, cooling conveyor and conveyors to connect each part.

The raw material for producing textured soy protein is defatted low temperature soybean meal and soy protein isolate.

Textured soya protein production line High moisture Textured soy protein Extruder which is developed independently according to our national conditions on the requirement of market and on the base of advanced machinery in Switzerland and America.  This processing line uses soybean powder and peanut powder to break spherical protein molecule to form chain protein molecule thus creating slice-like fiber structure, by powder-grinding, stirring, high-temperature, high-pressure and high-cutting . 

Our engineer has finished the installation of this machine line. Now the machine line is testing and adjusting.

We can also provide SLG 65, SLG70 model for producing textured soy protein.
