Testing Pasta Extruder In Factory

We tested our 100-150kg/h short cut pasta macaroni making machine in factory. This is single screw extruder. The machine line is composed of motor, gear box, barrel, screw, heater, cooling system, rotary cutting system and control panel.

For producing 100-150kg/h short cut pasta, there equips 10 units moulds on the mould head. We will equips two sets of mould, that is 20 units for free. The cutting blade will cut the pasta in shape with rotary cutting system. The speed can be controlled by the control panel with button.

The main raw material for producing short pasta is corn flour, wheat flour, rice flour, semolina flour and water.We will provide recipe for client when ordering.
