Pet Food Machine Line In Production

We have one sest of 1000kg/h pet food machine line in production. This machine line includes grinder, blender, preconditioner, storage silo, twin screw extruder, dryer, flavoring roller, oil sprayer, cooling machine, packing machine and conveyors to connect each machine.

Here is the grinder to grind the grain raw material into grain flour. Our machine need flour size material as raw material to produce pet food. The grinder has filtering system to avoid dust pollution inside factory.

The twin screw extruder is made of motor, gear box, twin screws, barrel, heating system, lubrication cooling system, rotary cutting system and PLC controller. The extruder can produce 1.5-30mm pellet feed. The speed of feeding, cutting can be adjusted on controller, and the temperature of different parts can be also adjusted on controller.

The dryer is chain plate type. It is designed with multiple layers which can save much space in factory. The chain plate is made of stainless steel material and it is durable and avoid dropping material. The conveying speed and temperature can be adjusted on controller. 

This sets of machine line need 40-50 days for full production.
