Fish Feed Machine Production Process

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Raw material processing - raw material ratio - raw material mixing - raw material conveying - puffing machine (dry and wet tech) - vibrating machine - conveyor - dryer - elevator - drum seasoning machine - oil sprayer - cooling machine

1. Flour mixer: add a certain proportion of water into raw material such as corn flour, wheat flour, rice flour, soybean meal, fish meal, bone meal, meat meal, grain meal, nutritional additives, etc

2. Screw conveyor: using screw conveyor to lift the mixed raw materials into the feeding hopper of the twin-screw extruder.

3. Twin screw feed extruder machine: The mixed raw materials are evenly fed into the twin screw through the feeder. Under the extrusion of the twin screw in a high temperature and high pressure environment, the composition and structure of the raw materials change, becoming easily absorbable nutrients. They are extruded through molds and the size of the product can be adjusted through a rotary cutting system. The rotary cutting system uses frequency conversion to adjust the length and size. The mold can be changed according to the required shape, and the operation is simple. This twin-screw extruder machine has a preheating function to reduce material loss.

4. Conveyor: This conveyor has a fan and a belt elevator, which transport the produced materials to the multi-layer drying equipment.

5. Multi layer dryer: This dryer has a mesh belt multi-layer circulating design. There are 3 layers of 5-meter, 5 layers of 5-meter, 5 layers of 8-meter, 7 layers of 8-meter, 7 layers of 10 meter ovens with different production configurations and models. Dryer heating methods include electric, gas, gas, and steam type. The temperature can be adjusted between 20 degree to 260 degrees through a control cabinet. The dryer is equipped with stainless steel mesh belt for smooth transportation, and the mesh belt adopts a double-sided chain with a low failure rate. The feed is dried through multiple layers of circulation to achieve the required moisture content and increase its shelf life.

6. Flavoring drum: Flavoring roller has single and double type. The oil sprayer store and convey oil, animal oil, attractant, etc to flavoring roller. Different seasoning machines are configured according to production and product quality. It can also sprayer seasoning powder in the flavoring drum.

7. Cooling conveyor: The cooling conveyor uses stainless steel material belt to convey the product. There has fans on the belt for cool the products.
