This machine line is 2000kg/h fish feed machine line. The whole machine line includes grinding system, mixing system, extruding system, drying system, coating system, cooling system, and packing system. The grinding machine can grind the raw material into powder size for better mixing, The mixing machine can mix all of the raw material evenly. The preconditoner can precook the raw material. We use twin screw extruder for producing and shaping fish feed. The machine line can produce 1.5-30 mm pellet. The dryer with multiple layer design thus it can save much space on factory and improve efficient. The dryer has electricity heating, gas heating, diesel heating, and steam heating type. The flavoring roller can oil sprayer can spray oil on the surface of the fish feed and seasoning the fish feed. After coating, the fish feed will be cooled in cooling machine for packing.

The mahcine line can be designed according to customer's demand and factory dimension. There are also have different model and capacity. The machine line can also produce dog food, cat food, and other animal feed.
